Each construction project is bespoke. The expectation and expertise of the client, contractors, and suppliers in each construction project can be substantially different from the others. The truly collaborative relationship along the unique supply chain in a construction project is vital to reduce risks of construction defects or project delay.

The requirements and framework in the ISO 44001:2017 Collaborative Business Relationships Management Systems specify how you can achieve collaboration from strategic to operational level, regardless of the size of your organization or construction project.

By implementing ISO 44001 your organization will be able to enhance the ability to build and maintain collaboration with your client and supply chain in a systematic way. This will enable you to obtain the maximum project benefits from improved collaboration. Having ISO 44001 certification also demonstrates your ability to work collaboratively and increases your competitiveness during the tendering processes of a construction project.

In this webinar, experts from SGS United Kingdom Ltd will share how you can achieve collaborative business relationships in the construction industry by implementing ISO 44001 in your organization. David E. Hawkins, Chair ISO committee TC286 Collaborative Business Relationships, will also share how can collaboration enhance construction outcomes.

You are cordially invited to participate in this live webinar if you are involved in a construction project which is comprised of different parties.
