Join us on Friday 30 November to participate in a Customer Service event in Warwick, which is a great opportunity to benchmark and network with other certification standard holders.

By attending our free event on Friday 30 November, you will hear from London Ambulance Service, who will be sharing their experience of benchmarking to continuously improve services in their fast-paced environment, and the City of Wolverhampton Council Customer Services team, who have recently achieved certification and have used benchmarking as a key to their recent major service improvements.
There will also be a workshop session to enable all delegates to share their experience of using customer journeys and feedback, and to discuss benchmarking.
The day will conclude with a networking lunch, which is a fantastic opportunity to share learning and get to know other SGS clients who share your passion for customer excellence.
The event will begin at 9am, and it will finish at 2pm.
