By attending our free seminar on Wednesday 6 December, you will learn how Customer Service Excellence has benefitted St Andrews University and the customers of CrossReach Glasgow.
The seminar will be held at the Village Hotel, in central Glasgow, and it will begin with hot drinks and bacon rolls. The first presentation will be by St Andrews University, and will feature their Customer Service Excellence journey.
St Andrews University will discuss their approach to Customer Service Excellence, and how they are using it as a continuous improvement tool. St Andrews will also reflect on what they could have done differently, and their journey beyond compliance.
We will then hear from a customer viewpoint, illustrating how Customer Service Excellence has helped them in meeting their expectations.
Finally, we will hear from an Assessor on their experience of assessing organisations, with their hints and tips for success.
The seminar will close with a networking lunch, when you can discuss the topics of the day with your peers, as well as offering you the opportunity to hold a one-to-one consultancy with a SGS Customer Service Excellence expert.
The seminar will begin at 9am, and will finish at 1.30pm.
