Course Overview

The seminar discusses the role of testing and the importance of ensuring correct lab accreditation for the test methods being carried out.

It is important to understand the differences of cloth construction of woven, knits and non-woven materials in order to understand what tests are applicable to the different types of cloth construction. The course covers the different types of tests that can be selected to assess a fabrics performance and which ones are more suitable than others based on the end use of the product.

We encourage delegates to bring samples along for discussion during the day; this always introduces a level of spontaneity and makes the seminar much more interesting.
