Customer service excellence (CSE) awareness training from SGS – an interactive training course based on the Government’s new CSE Standard.

Launched on 10 March, 2008 by Minister for Transformational Government Tom Watson, the CSE Standard outlines requirements on the key drivers of customer satisfaction, namely delivery, timeliness, staff professionalism and attitude, while also looking at information and access.
