Customer Service Excellence - Introduction

Customer Service Excellence, an Introduction from SGS – learn about the UK’s new CSE Standard.

This half-day seminar allows you to understand how the key drivers of customer satisfaction are embedded in the new Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Standard, and how they are relevant to service delivery today. The session will also describe the CSE requirements.
